William Clements

Board Member

He has worked in public safety for five years and is currently a nine-year veteran professor in higher education and teaches both Criminal Justice and Psychology courses at East Coast Polytechnical Institute University.  William is a member of the American Economic Association and the American Public Forum of Administration. He is also an author and contributor to the American Society for Public Administrators and Public Administration Times.

Currently, William is performing research with the Institute for Polarities of Democracy examining the water crisis in Flint, Michigan through the nonpartisan, democratic values of positive social change in the Polarities of Democracy theory. He is a key researcher in the Institute’s Anti-Racism Initiative and is also currently researching the role of telecommunications in the emergence of India’s growing economy.
