Molly Raymond

Social Change Fellow

Molly Raymond is the Associate Director of the Center for Social Change at Walden University. Prior to this appointment, she had 15 years of experience practicing as a community social worker. Her bachelors and masters are both in social work.  Much of her professional work has been around social and emotional growth and development centered on the work of changemaking for learners of all ages, as well as community organizing, social justice activism, and youth development. She co-founded a youth social justice and arts nonprofit organization in 2008.

Her current professional growth and research interests lie in the inner work, education, and sustainability of changemakers and policymakers, as well as equity in philanthropy and education. Molly is a PhD candidate in the School of Public Policy and Administration at Walden University.
